Chard Rangers 3 - 0 Pymore FC

This has to be the worst Pymore performance that I can remember. Even tho we were missing Timmy Hussey, Mick Gilmore, Gav Rayner, Christian Langton and Robbie Hedditch we still had the players on the pitch with the ability to turn in a match winning performance and give Pymore there first 3 points of the season. Overall it was a VERY VERY POOR PERFORMANCE with no one working for each other and certainly not alot of talking.

Chard, a team that we haven`t beaten since the 1800`s opened the scoring going down the slope when a striker cut in from the right and drove a shot across Charlie which he could only get his hands to, but couldn`t prevent it going over the line. Chard increased there lead a couple minutes later when a throw in was controlled on the knee by the Chard Striker who turned and fired a shoot in off the cross bar. Pymore had a chance to pull a goal back towards the end of the first period but when clear on goal Jaime Gay opted to square it to the oncoming Goodrick before receiving the ball back and blasting the ball high into row ZZZ.

Pymore playing down the slope in the second half carved out a couple chances, Robbie Walters managed to drag his shot wide from all of 3yards and then Goodrick raced clear and goal but his angled shoot just crept over the bar. Chard increased their lead further with a break away goal but all in all a fairly shite performance from the boys from Pymore.

Pymore: Youngs, Dowle, Smith, Gay (Forsey 75mins), Walters, Hansford, Tither, Watkins (Davies 55mins), Goodrick, Bush, stork (Beazer 55mins)

Next up Pymore take on Hinton St George at St Mary's. Lets hope we can finally get off the mark and get those much needed 3 points. Discuss this match via our message boards here.
