Hare & Hounds 2 - 6 Pymore FC

Pymore opened up there pre season with a comfortable victory over local sunday pub side Hare & Hounds. Pymore, who looked a bit rusty at the start, opened the scoring through last seasons player`s player of the year Timmy Hussey but the hounds scored two quick goals to nudge in front. Pymore were soon level when the fox in the box Alex Goodrick reacted quickist to a Simon Bush header to poke the ball home.

Pymore incresed their lead when Timmy Hussey got his second lobbing the on-rushing keeper. Hussey was then denied a hat trick when his driving header was ruled out for off side. Pymore made several changes during the second period and increased there lead when Jaime Gay of all people ghosted in unmarked at the far post to tap into an empty net. Rob Walters who started the game for the hounds scored Pymore`s 5th when he rosed highest to head home Jamie Gay`s in swinging corner.

Trialist Rob Hedditch, who appreared for Hawkchurch last season completed the scroing from the penalty spot aafter Timmy Hussey has been chopped down. Pymore ran the rules over several trailist including Headditch and Simon Forsey with Hedditch impressing in the centre of the park. Discuss this match via our message boards here.
